Trusty is the ball-playing center-back who came through the Philadelphia Union and worked his way up via Arsenal, Sheffield United, and now Celtic, where he tests himself in the Champions League. A left-footed defender who reads the game calmly and steps into the buildup, he debuted for the USMNT in a 7-1 thumping of Grenada in 2023. He adds composure and a left-sided option to the rotation.
